Full Job Description

Tryfacta is on the lookout for multiple Support Specialists who will be working at the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) and assisting in the Driver’s License & Real ID’s for supporting the is responsible for the issuance of driver's licenses, maintaining driver's records, and managing driver safety programs. The main focus of this position is to learn & implement the new digitized driver license issuance requirements along with the new state and federal rules regarding REAL ID and Commercial/National Driver Registration.

8 hour shift position (7:45am-4:45pm)

Your Typical Day Would Consist of:

• Review and analyze secure documents of driver's license applicants

• Learn/Utilize the KY Driver's License Information System

• Process complex applications/screen applicant documents and information

• Advise applicants on their questions and concerns regarding driver licensing

• Become familiar with State and Federal Commercial/National Driver Licensing laws

• Balance end-of-day reports

An Associate or Bachelor's degree or Work Experience commensurate to a 4-year degree

As this is a Customer Facing Role, a Business Casual Dress Code will be required
